Annual professional inspection of your AED, including a functional test, shock test and software updates.
Under the standard AED maintenance plan, your AED is checked annually to ensure it is operating correctly and safely.
During maintenance, we carry out, amongst other things, a functional test and a shock test. This enables us to check that the device is functioning correctly and to identify any faults or parts in need of replacement in good time.
Software updates are also included in the maintenance plan.
Important: The maintenance plan covers inspections, tests and standard maintenance work. Any spare parts, electrodes, batteries or repairs that may be required are not included in the annual fee and will be charged separately. Should any additional costs arise, we will contact you first.
This maintenance plan does not provide for a loan AED whilst your device is at our Service Centre. Thanks to swift logistical handling and efficient maintenance, we keep the period during which your premises are without an AED to a minimum.
